Welcome to NestTube. By using our application and services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NestTube, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

NestTube is a mobile application that provides a parent-controlled YouTube viewing experience. Parents whitelist approved YouTube channels, and children can only view content from those approved channels. NestTube also offers a Solo Mode for individual adult users.

3. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a NestTube account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and parent PIN
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use NestTube only for its intended purpose
• Not attempt to circumvent parental controls or security features
• Not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Not use the service for any illegal purpose
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application

5. Content

NestTube displays content from YouTube through a self-hosted proxy. We do not create, own, or control the content available on YouTube channels. Parents are responsible for reviewing and approving channels appropriate for their children.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• NestTube offers Free and Premium tiers
• Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings
• Upon cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier at the end of the billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

7. Free Tier Limitations

The Free tier includes:

• 1 child profile
• Up to 5 whitelisted channels
• Basic features

Features beyond these limits require a Premium subscription.

8. Privacy

Your use of NestTube is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

9. Intellectual Property

NestTube, its logo, and all associated branding are the property of NestTube. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

NestTube is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a safe viewing experience, we cannot guarantee that all content on whitelisted channels will be appropriate for all ages. Parents remain responsible for reviewing channels they approve.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NestTube shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and in-app notification at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NestTube operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
